Revitalized Water

Water - the fuel of life

Water is the fuel of our lives. Mother Earth, the blue planet, is two-thirds "awash" with water, while even our bodies are around 70 % water. And salt water contains precisely the same salt concentration as our blood, namely 0.9%. Our blood is around 94 % water, while the remainder consists of dissolved substances such as blood cells, salt, minerals, nutrients, oxygen, hormones, enzymes etc.

Without water in our body, our metabolism could not function in the form we know it. For our cells actually swim in water and are supplied through this extra-cellular water -  and when this water is heavily polluted and over-acidified, it becomes harder and harder for our cells to obtain the substances they need to sustain life itself.

It takes just a brief time for water to make its way into our bloodstream and supply the cells in our organs.  Each cell is like a grape filled with intra-cellular water - and when we drink too little water, our body is forced to remove it from our cells and they begin to shrivel like raisins, causing us to age faster and make us more susceptible to bacteria and viruses.

Daily water requirement:

All of our body's metabolic processes can only continue with the aid of water. Water makes it possible for us to eliminate toxins through our kidneys, intestines, skin and lungs.

These lost fluids have to be replenished by drinking water every single day.

Our rule of thumb: drink 30 ml of water for every kilogram of body weight, which equates to around 2 l of water a day.

Of course, the greater the physical and mental effort, the more this amount increases, as it does when we ingest products that promote elimination of metabolic waste.

It's important to note: we are talking about water! Not beverages that are pepped up with additives (such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer etc.), since, according to the research findings of Dr. Batmanghelidj, rather than substituting for water, they actually dehydrate the body and thus assault our personal water reserves even more.
