Water and Salt - a Foreward

The arts and science, research and teaching shall be free.

(Article 5.3 – Constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany)

With steadily growing interest, we have focused now for some

10 years on the scientific and holistic contexts and findings that relate to two natural elements, water and salt.

Due to the knowledge we have gained in this process, not only have we been able to chalk up wonderful experiences for ourselves from a health perspective, it has basically changed our lives in a positive way from the ground up.

We wish to take this opportunity to share with you here the natural simplicity of this topic and the ancient understanding of natural laws.

Nature is less complicated than we think.  Quite to the contrary, in fact. Through an ordered simplicity, it reveals to us its cosmic laws. It is now up to us to recognize the connections and to understand them.  For after all, only when we recognize those connections, is there an inner impulse for change.

All of life is an eternally advancing process of development and consciousness raising.

True knowledge is awareness gained from one's own experience. We should listen more to our inner voice and accumulate our own practical experiences. The further things are removed from their natural origins, the more critical we should become.

„LIFE“ comes from „EXPERIENCE“.

If you don't EXPERIENCE, you have never LIVED.

Let us make our lives an EXPERIENCE once again.

The sea - origin of life

Millions of years ago, the earth was completely covered with water - the salt water of the primordial ocean.  Over the course of time, this water evaporated and dry land was formed.

It was from this naturally briny ocean water that life arose. All life forms that have ever existed on our planet have their origins in the sea.

This process is something you can even observe in the development of humans inside their mother's body.

In the 9 months from the time of conception until birth, the embryo actually progresses through all developmental stages of human evolution.

In the womb and amniotic fluid (37 ° C, 1 % saline solution), new life is created.

Water and Salt from a Biophysics Perspective

In order to understand the secrets of water and salt, we would like to make a short foray into the fascinating world of biophysics.

In contrast to chemistry and mechanical physics (the examination of manifestations and states of lifeless materials), biophysics looks at the entire biological organism: from the realm of minerals and plants, to that of animals and humans.

But if we, as is the case in physics, only examine the material world, we will make no progress in our understanding. For there are things in this world that cannot be explained in material terms.

Let us take the seasons as an example: Year in and year out, we experience the ebb and flow of nature, spring is followed by summer, autumn by winter. Although the 4 seasons are always repeated in the same order, the various ways in which nature expresses itself in each season are subjectively quite unique.

A day, once past, will never repeat itself in quite the same way again.

Mankind, too, is a part of this holistic, natural context; in this case, too, we can never draw conclusions about one person based purely on another.

Biochemistry versus Biophysics

Classical school medicine is mainly oriented towards biochemistry; in other words, to the science of chemical processes inside the body.

Which means, we tend only to accept what we can see and touch.

But if you only look for material things, material things are all you will find. It is known, for example, that cancer develops in the body over the course of several years, yet we are unable to discover it even with our cutting-edge diagnostic technology. Only when the cancer has materialized and has assumed the structure of a tumor, can it then be identified.

Yet there are means to use biophysical methods to measure energy deficits, allowing us to initiate a timely reversal of the tumor formation. For example, with the help of kinesiology and similar energy-oriented methods, as well as electroacupuncture - EAV by Voll - an assessment method for diagnosis and therapy of functional disturbances within the body.

Skin-resistance readings allow us to measure energy potential at acupuncture points.

When it comes to their nutrition, many health-conscious people focus only on biochemical aspects such as vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes etc., which they generally take as nutritional supplements.

But from a biophysical perspective, this poses the question as to whether our body is even capable of absorbing these isolated anorganic substances. Some are, indeed, absorbed in part by the body and can be measured in the blood. But because of their coarser, anorganic structure, they are unable to penetrate the cells. And if something does not make it into the cells, it cannot be metabolized and is, therefore, worthless to the body.

Why is this information withheld from us? The answer to this may well lie in the fact that the pharmaceutical industry makes a handy profit from its sales of nutritional supplements alone!

Vitality and Energy – Oscillating Energy

If a substance is examined in terms of its energy content, you inevitably come to its smallest building block, the atom.

Each atom has a nucleus circled by electrons. We find constant motion without any kind of touch; something quite intangible is going on. What we refer to as oscillating energy. The result is a frequency, a so-called wavelength, energy flow, electricity.  We recognize and use this phenomenon in our daily lives, in the form of electric current. We can't see, smell or taste it .. .but we can see what this energy is capable of, when, for example, we flip a light switch.

This same, non-material electricity, this energy, also flows through our bodies.

Health and Illness from a Biophysics Perspective

In biophysics, illness is defined as an energy deficit. When in a healthy state, our body has a perfectly geometrical crystalline structure. If this ordered state is no longer present in our organism, then we are missing information, i.e. energy, which generally  becomes apparent in the form of illness and various afflictions.

Being sick signals an absence of energy, manifesting itself in a specific symptom.  But to characterize a symptom as an actual illness is factually false, for a symptom is nothing more than a call for help from a sick organism suffering from an energy deficit. As a rule, the body seeks out a weakened organ to gives us a signal, through certain symptoms, that something is not in its original ordered state.

If we try to suppress these symptoms, then we have failed to recognize and get rid of the true cause for our sick body, namely an energy deficit.

To many people, it seems so much easier to take a tablet, rather than pursue the far more complex  underlying causes of their energy deficit, a.k.a. illness. Yet this suppression of symptoms by means of medication often leads to additional blockages in energy flow.

But if we become consciously aware of what is going on and return the missing energy to the body, then the body will regain what it has been lacking and it is only a matter of time until homeostasis, the self-regulating power of the body, kicks in once again. By means of its own powers, our organism will return itself to its original, well-ordered condition.

Healing always comes from within ourselves - through the influx of energy in the form of information and the associated raising of consciousness.

Food from a Biophysical Perspective

The German for food is "Lebensmittel", a word that says so much. It is, in essence, the "means for life" - it makes our lives possible; it is a transmitter of energy, of information, of our very life force.

Natural Salt - The White Gold of the Earth

As we put the attributes of salt under the microscope in the next several sections, we are referring to salt in its original sense: the completely unadulterated, natural salt that has crystallized on this earth for millions of years.

On the other hand, whenever we are talking about store-bought "kitchen salt", we will call it what it truly is: sodium chloride with additives.

Water and Salt - The Building Blocks of Life

If you take a close look, you see that the human body consists of water and salt; in natural crystallized salt, you actually find the elements from which the human body is built.

Vitamins and proteins are found neither in water nor salt.  But if you analyze water and salt in the body, you discover that so-called vitamins and proteins are nothing other than complex molecular chains of elements, elements that appear individually in salt as well as in the body. In other words: when water and salt come into contact with light, even protein building blocks can be the result.

Salt is the last material form of a substance when it disintegrates and assumes a more finely-structured form.

More than 100 years ago, Dr. Wilhelm Schüssler (Schüssler Salt Therapy) provided evidence that the ashes remaining after cremation of a human body are nothing other than those same salts that humans are made from.

Even ancient mankind, just like the animals, knew how vital salt was for life. Salt was referred to as "White Gold" and was the object of political struggles and even wars, and was even used as a form of payment.

Many of today's place names still attest to local salt deposits, including Salzgitter and Salzburg ("salz" = salt), Bad Reichenhall and Hallein ("Hall" = Celtic for salt).

The Importance of the Word "Salt"

The word "salt" has its roots in the Latin word "sal", which in turn comes from "sol" = "sun".  This origin is also reflected in the German word for brine, "Sole", a solution of water and salt. „This, then, is liquid sunlight, light energy in fluid form. If we hadn't realized it until now, now we have our linguistic evidence of the origins of life itself: the saltwater of the primordial oceans.

Geologists still classify pure crystal salt as "halite", made up of the Celtic words "hall" (oscillation) and "lit" (light). So, if we translate the word freely, crystal salt, halite, is an "oscillating light" or "light oscillation".

Structure of Salt

Salt has a very distinctive crystalline, cubiform lattice structure consisting of sodium ions and chlorine ions. Also hidden in these cubes are light quanta, so-called bio-photons, in other words, pure energy.

The transformative ability of salt

From a scientific perspective, salt has a very unique characteristic. In contrast to all other crystalline structures, the atomic structure of salt is not molecular, but rather electrical.– Which means, when we drop a salt crystal in water, it dissolves, creating saltwater, which is neither salt nor water, instead representing a higher dimension of energy.  If you then allow the saltwater to evaporate, the salt will be recovered.

This transformative ability also means that salt does not have to be metabolized within our body, in order to absorbed by the cell.

Starch transforms into sugar, protein into amino acids and fat into glycerin and acids. Yet salt remains salt.  And that saltwater can even make its way directly to our brain as well.

Osmosis, Basis of Cell Metabolism

The transformative ability of salt is of great significance for our body, for it is the foundation of cell metabolism.

The underlying principle of metabolism for all living creatures - one which is vital for life - is that of osmosis.

Body fluids travel from one cell to the next. Osmosis is regulated by the salt concentrations within the cells.  The fluid always moves from a cell with a lower salt concentration to one with a higher concentration. This is because the cell walls are permeable to water, but not to salt. The body strives constantly to balance these concentrations.

From white gold to white poison

The consumption of kitchen salt we see today is exceptionally damaging to our health.

Kitchen salt is primarily sodium chloride.

Natural crystal salt consists of 84 chemically stabile natural elements, elements which also make up our own body.

Our blood contains a (1%) saltwater solution that is identical with that of the primordial ocean.  It constantly regulates and restores balance so as to maintain our bodily functions.

How salt became sodium chloride

With the advent of industrialization, natural salt began to be cleaned with chemicals and reduced to the compound sodium chloride. Some 2000 complicated chemical processes are used to remove all of its natural components.

Essential minerals and trace elements (e.g. potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron ...) were simply treated as impurities and removed.

Sodium chloride on its own is an aggressive substance.

Only around 5 % of the refined product ends up in our kitchens.

95 % of world production of sodium chloride goes to the chemical industry, where it plays a role in the manufacture of plastics, detergents,  soda, lacquers, mineral oil etc.

Kitchen salt places stress on the body

Most people suffer from a salt deficit, even though they are oversaturated with sodium chloride. And this even though a person only needs the minimal amount of 0.2 grams per day.

The average consumption of kitchen salt in western Europe is between 12 and 20 grams per capita. But depending on our age, constitution and gender, our body is only able to eliminate 5 to 7 g through our kidneys.

Kitchen salt is used in the food industry as a cheap preservative to give foods a longer shelf life.  There is barely a single processed product, be that yoghurt, bread or ham, that does not contain sodium chloride.

Our body identifies kitchen salt as an aggressive cell poison, one which its intelligent self-defensive mechanisms attempt to eliminate as rapidly as possible. Which in turn means, the organs involved in that process are permanently overtaxed.

The body attempts to make the excess kitchen salt harmless by isolating it.

And so, the sodium chloride is surrounded by water molecules in order to ionize it into sodium and chloride, and thus to neutralize it (the body's own fire brigade!). But the water required to do this comes from our own cells, so we are actually sacrificing our highly structured cell fluids, the result being that our dehydrated cells die off!

The Consequences of Consuming Kitchen Salt

The result is the formation of over-acidified edemas and fluid tissue, what we refer to as cellulite.

For every gram of sodium chloride we are unable to eliminate, the body requires 23 times that amount in cell water. If sodium chloride levels continue to remain too high, the body recrystallizes the kitchen salt. The result may well be deposits in the bone and joint areas. The consequences are rheumatic ailments such as gout, arthrosis and arthritis, as well as the formation of kidney and gall stones.

The Salt in Our Cooking

Be means of intensive advertising campaigns, every effort is made to convince people that the external addition of highly toxic iodine (in the form of iodide or iodate compounds) is beneficial, since it supposedly helps the thyroid gland. However, it actually increases the aggressiveness of the kitchen salt.

The body is absolutely unable to metabolize these artificially introduced iodine compounds. Inside the stomach, this food additive provokes essentially a competitive reaction, one which accelerates the formation of nitrosamines, some of the most aggressive cancer-causing agents.

Natural Salt Deposits

Salt is abundant here on earth, especially in the oceans and seas which cover around 70 % of the earth's surface.

Sea Salt:

In our time, the oceans have been degraded into garbage dumps, polluted with heavy metals such as mercury, cadmium, lead, arsenic and the like, as well as through a number of oil catastrophes. As a consequence, sea salt has few, if any positive effects on our health.

In addition, 80 % of all sea salt producers refine their salt. Yet there is still plenty of pure, good salt on earth, in those places where, millions of years ago, the primordial ocean was evaporated by solar energy.

Rock Salt:

Salt deposits in salt mines are over 95 % rock salt. The elements contained in rock salt have not undergone sufficient compression (pressure) and are, as a result, only partially and minimally bound into the crystalline lattice of the salt.  These elements are too coarse to be absorbed into our cells, though it is, without a doubt, more valuable to us than industrial kitchen salt. Imagine, our animals are actually offered more nutritious salt than we are, in the form of salt licks or cattle salt!

Crystal Salt:

Pure, natural crystal salt has been subject to enormous pressure conditions over the course of millions of years. The higher the compression, the greater the crystalline, ordered structure.

For example, pebbles and rock quartz are both, from a chemical perspective,  silicates. Yet their differences are substantially the result of varying pressure conditions during their creation. The rock quartz has a perfectly ordered geometry, whereas the pebble does not.

Crystal salt exists as a transparent vein of white, pink or red, which passes through the rock of the salt mine.

Crystal salt cannot be mined by machines.  In some instances, 100 times the amount of rock salt has to be mined in order to be able to access the valuable crystal salt.

The Healing Effects of Salt

For thousands of years, salt has been regarded as a cure-all.

The alchemists referred to it as the "Fifth Element", taking its place alongside water, earth, air and fire.

Why are we always drawn to the ocean when it comes time for our vacation?

Because our subconscious wants to instinctively return to the place we originally came from, and this due to a particular relationship in oscillation.

The healing effects of salt have also been recognized by the medical establishment. In the royal salt mine of Wieliczka (Poland), we find the biggest salt mine in all of Europe. And located there, 226 meters below ground level, is a hospital for asthmatics, allergy-sufferers and those coping with lung disease. Thousands of patients have been treated there amid its clean (dust-free) air, with an incredible success rate of over 90 %.

On the earth's surface, harmful radiation produced by electromagnetic equipment such as televisions, computers, microwaves and mobile phones, creates an excess of positively charged ions and destroys the balance between positively and negatively charged particles in the air.

The balancing, neutral power of natural salt can balance out the oscillation patterns that cause illness. It is even capable of neutralizing radioactive radiation (nuclear fuel rods are stored in former salt mines!)

This healing gallery in the salt mine not only creates pure air - since it contains the same elements as we find in the human body, it also demonstrates the identical oscillation pattern. This, in turn, creates a resonance that promotes self-healing and -regulation.

These findings have been confirmed by many scientific studies.

Saltwater

... symbiosis of life forces...

... the primal soup of life...

... the origin of life energies...

When water and salt combine, the

+ ions of the salt are surrounded by the ? poles of the water molecules and the ? ions of the salt by the + charged parts of the water molecules.  The ions are hydrated. In the process, the geometric structure of the salt and the water is altered. Something quite new is created, a third dimension. The water is now no longer water, the salt no longer salt.
